Crystal Palace FC Rehabilitation Centre

We were appointed by Artemis Interiors to support their refurbishment project at the Crystal Palace FC Rehabilitation Centre. Our task was to provide safe access to the roof level and install perimeter edge protection to allow service installations to be carried out safely.

This project came with several challenges. Due to building restrictions, we were unable to tie the Haki staircase into the structure, meaning we had to engineer an alternative solution that remained safe, stable, and fully compliant.

For the roof edge protection, we installed an SG4 stand-alone system, an ideal choice for flat roofs where fixing into the fabric of the building is not possible. This system provided a secure, non-invasive safety barrier, ensuring all works could be completed efficiently and safely.
